Reading the reviews a few things become apparent. First: these are not true double bypass doors and they were not advertised as such. The single rail is designed for folks like me who do not want the depth of a double rail, full bypass hardware kit protruding from the wall. In my case a walk-in closet. Second: why in the heck would you size and build or buy doors before you receive your hardware kit and establish needed measurements. Third: the company clearly states there is a overlap of the door rollers on the single rail system and gives you the actual measurement and photos. You need to account for this in length of the rail and actual door dimensions. You also need to factor in opening size in this equation. You do not buy a 5 ft rail for a 5 ft opening on a single rail system. You buy a longer rail.
