Review on DB Electrical SDR0291 Volunteer HydroJect by Michael Luna

This is the third starter I have purchased from this company. (Now 4.) Description and photo were dead. The starter, although looks the same as the factory starter, is more powerful than the factory starter. I also predict that it will outlive the original. 1890 early. (Wrong on my part) Well here we are on September 2nd 2021 and about 2 weeks ago the Bendix starter hit the nose cone and blocked the alternator. I ordered a replacement from this company but the problem is simple and worrying. I had lead-acid batteries that contained gold instead of lead, so I replaced them with lithium-ion batteries. The result was simple: the starter worked 57 starts while the original had 1890 starts. That's unacceptable, but since this company charges less than 1/3 of the factory starter, I'm stuck.
