Works better than OEM

Works better than other OEM models, fits like a glove, only downside is the drivetrain which needs lubrication so it doesn't stall for a short time on first start Cold delivery was quick sure packed up

Good starter at $

Bought this starter to replace an old tempering unit on my Craftsman driver with a Kohler CV18S. The old starter clicked and finally engaged with a hammer blow. This one seems much more powerful and is easy to install. So far so good and definitely recommended for the price!

1 Hit Wonder: Appetizers

Launched Simplicity Prestige on first try. And that's no exaggeration. He started it once, after that it was so weak that I could only start it by hand turning the flywheel to "help". however, the results were a nice touch. Garbage.

Not worth the time and effort of the original Kohler

This is not a quality part, it may fit an 18hp engine. Just spend the extra money and buy Kohler's sourdough. Because this starter messed up my battery I now had to buy a new battery plus starter.

Great price and easy to install

This was a direct replacement for my Kohler zero turn starter motor. It was the best value I could find. I'm by no means a mechanic, but I persuaded myself to change the starter because my regular small engine repairman was so assisted. I ordered it and it arrived quickly thanks to Revain's shipping. Installed quickly and without problems. The exchange is easier than I thought.

Need a starter? THIS IS THE WAY

I will definitely give this company and this product 5 stars. The starter looks like the photo. I started my engine and it immediately caught fire. The price is totally reasonable, with the prices others charge for the same "starter" absolutely ridiculous! Great product and saved a ton of money, what more could you ask for.? If you are not at home, for your safety and the security of receiving your purchase. They will, I repeat, not leave it out for you. You have to pick it up from every server

Very good unit at a great price

Although the packaging it came in looked like it had been under rocket fire the starter was undamaged and slipped easily into the old starter bracket. Lawn tractor' is a 2006 Cub Cadet 1554 Kohler engine. This is the third starter I have purchased from this company. (Now 4.) Description and photo were dead. The starter, although looks the same as the factory starter, is more powerful than the factory starter. I also predict that it will outlive the original. 1890 early.
