Scratches knives in cutlery and knife accessories
Terrible sharpener. Left scratches along the entire length of the blades. Hardly sharpens. As an extension of this experience, I have purchased The Sharp Edge in the Kitchen and The Complete Book of Knife Skills books and hope they provide a guide to knife sharpening as I will not be using this on my recently ordered chef's knife. Attention buyers.
