Exactly as advertised and of good quality. I'm sure they work great on a gas or regular stovetop. But they don't work for induction. I bought stainless steel instead of copper because I have an induction cooktop. The smaller one won't start the induction burner on my stove. Big will be, but hardly. And I mean hardly - you might have to move it around a bit. When making a second batch they should be the same size but slightly shorter and wider at the base so they have enough metal on the bottom to run induction cooktops.
