Angle, angle, angle! You don't get corners. I tried and tried until I said forget it. I have a creative eye for this and it looks tasteless. Up close it still looks like a black band, from a distance it looks fine. You need a lot more tools than what they give you. I tried to waste a foot or two of this stuff chrome plating my windows and my 2017 Ford Fusion. It's easy, but if you want everything to be perfect and you're doing this for the first time (raises hand), you'll do this for at least 2+ hours, if not more. This requires a lot of patience. I just decided to pay the money and have it done at an auto wrap shop. I doubt anyone is perfect, everyone has some kind of imperfection.
