I bought 3 of these routers and one died under warranty a week ago, 56mins 9s on the phone with their 'tech support'. That's technical stupidity, I was asked at least 5 times, what is the output voltage on the adapter, what is the voltage on the router (translated: how high is the input voltage specified on the router). I explained that only 3 indicators are on and flashing: 2.4GHz, 5GHz. , and eSATA lights up. I have reset the router 5 or more times and 3 times when I called "tech support" then they wanted me to plug my computer into the router and try to ping the router. INDEED?!?!? In the end, after answering the same stupid questions over and over again and refusing the so-called technical support (sorry, attention, no swearing is used), they finally decided to return the device.
