Review on ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Maximize Safety with Pro-Tec Street Wrist Guards: Ultimate Protection for Skaters and Cyclists by Toki Louton

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor fit and quality

Bought these for my 18 year old son who previously broke his wrist skateboarding. (He hasn't worn a protector once.) They look good, the elastic straps are strong and the plastic protector is solid. HOWEVER, after one, yes, small wipe, there is a tear on the underside of the thin fabric in the palm/under-finger area. This area hasn't even touched the ground yet! The thumb hole is in the wrong place and causes it to move sideways when you try to adjust it. We have a big one and he is almost 6ft tall and weighs 150lbs. If the thumb hole was correct, it would be the correct size. I don't recommend them because of all the problems they have. I found the rating of the review correct but not that accurate. They offer protection, but at what cost?

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Update availability
