I'm upgrading from an AOC 60Hz monitor. AOC is a good brand, I chose this monitor because it suits my competitive gaming needs. It handles 144Hz. I'm glad Vsync works with my Nvidia/Intel setup. I'm switching to a monitor with a higher refresh rate because I've heard it makes a difference in competitive FPS games. I've tried it on CSGO, PUBG, and Assassin's Creed. Everything looked great. I have changed settings other than the default ones and made them my own. I love that you can add a crosshair to the ad with the click of a button. The reticle is a huge benefit for shooters and you can turn it off with the press of a button. It was a pretty cool feature. I really noticed a big difference between 60Hz and 144Hz. With this monitor I notice new details and player movements. I liked that there is plenty of room to tweak settings via my computer and on the monitor itself. I've got everything set up as best as I can, but will continue to tweak the settings over time. The game looks amazing. The package got to me faster than expected: the box was intact, the appearance was not damaged. The stand is highly adjustable and sturdy. This is my first curved screen and I love it. The exterior design looks cool: black and red hard plastic Set up was easy, loved that it comes with a DVI and HDMI cable, great stuff. I can connect my monitor to my computer and HDMI 120Hz to my El Gato HD60 for gaming. Much more than I expected, I recommend if you're looking to upgrade.
