You should include instructions with the horn or at least post them on Revain in the product information. It didn't work when I pressed the button, so I thought the batteries were dead (many reviews say it's DOA). Another review said they ripped a fin trying to get to the battery so I decided to try that. Removing the rubber cover is not so easy, it tears easily. But then I notice a plastic tab that needs to be pulled to release the battery. Horn worked afterwards. And it's pretty loud. I remember reading somewhere that a long press on a button toggles between three beeps. But the instructions should point that out as well.
