It has helped me organize my files easily while keeping them safe in one place using encryption technology, as well as allowing for easy sharing of data with others via email or text messaging which was not possible before deskaware came around. I have been able to share documents quickly without having to worry about security issues that may arise from sending sensitive information over emails. The only downside is it requires an additional app called office 365 but there are ways you can get those two working together seamlessly if your computer does not meet certain requirements.
