I like that it is easy to use for our staff and that it is easy to track. I dislike that it is not as intuitive as some of the other products out there. I also dislike that there are a number of things that you have to figure out how to do on your own. For example, I have to create a report that is emailed to me for each of my sub accounts. This is a hassle. I have a small business with a lot of accounts and it can be difficult to keep up with them all. I use it to track customer accounts and I also use it to track equipment, but I wish I could do this all in one place. I use it to keep track of customers, and it is very easy to do this. I also use it to keep track of equipment. It is easy to use and it is very flexible. The most important thing about this software is its user friendly interface which makes it easily manageable. It has all the features required for managing our fleet and gives us great insights into the status of each vehicle. There's nothing much I dislike in this product at present. At times the system freezes or hangs. This just happens occasionally but not frequently. We have been able to manage our fleet very efficiently using the Q4 power cloud services.
