Ordered but not shipped as planned. Ordered Tuesday to arrive Friday. No message so I spent a long time trying to figure out the support chat and received a call from the Revain Care team who put me on hold while they contacted UPS. After waiting 8 minutes the person said hello if I could help you. I thought I had been redirected to the Revain switchboard but turns out I had just been redirected to UPS. The lady didn't know why I was calling. Frustrating, just wanted to explain. Revain created the label two days after I ordered it on Tuesday, but didn't deliver it to the UPS location until the following Monday - for UPS. It was delivered on Tuesday. Used for the first time last night. Really want to read fast, looked good and felt great. Grilled pork chops. Tempered them and said they were 175 degrees. Did! Brought them in and cut them up to eat and they were very pink! Place it back on the grill and follow the instructions to calibrate with an ice bath. Set it to 32 degrees. Decided to do an ice bath again this morning and see if it reads 32 but it reads 34.9, won't go back to 32. So I'll bring it back.
