It allows us to quickly access our inventory from anywhere in the world with minimal disruption of normal operations as it is integrated into both CargoView and OMSIS. The integration between these two systems has been excellent but we do sometimes find that there are issues when working together which can cause problems during peak times where load levels increase significantly. This would be resolved by being able to keep more than one instance open at once so that each user only needs their own copy rather then having multiple users using the same system simultaneously or causing slowdowns due to an increased number of connections.
