Review on 🐠 Odyssea Submersible Aquarium Heater-Series: 100W, 200W, 300W, 500W by Nikki Rodriguez

I ordered 2 and both heaters seem to have gotten moisture from day one. CUT the cable and send them a photo. They didn't seem to care and didn't mention the picture of the heater with moisture inside, their only concern was that I send a photo of the heater with the cord cut off. "I didn't want to cut my line before they sent me a replacement because my fish needed heat. I have no idea if keeping them in my tanks is a safety issue. I feel like their only concern is to make sure I totally broke my pad before they sent me a new one. I ended up just buying another one instead because their customer service sucks and like I said the 2nd block is nothing. Moisture entered the top of the tube during 20 minutes of immersion.
