Haven't had a pad in a long time but so far so good. the only thing there is. I would recommend buying direct from Stens, the first pad was sent to me via Amazon and the box was fine but the pad was clearly boxed on Amazon and broken in half, a replacement was received via UPS the next day and plenty more neatly packed.
