As someone who is heavily reliant on electronic devices for both work and personal usage, I was excited to test out Lectrus, an online company that claims to sell high-quality computer accessories as well as tablet bags. Lectrus has a lot to offer, and I was excited to see what it had to offer. I'm sorry to say that my time spent with the company was filled with nothing but frustration and dissatisfaction. Even though they have a respectable assortment of things available on their website, the overall quality of the products leaves a lot to be desired. In spite of the fact that it was advertised as being strong and long-lasting, the tablet bag that I bought from them started falling apart after only a few weeks of use. Because the stitching was coming undone and the cloth was fraying at the edges, the bag gave off an appearance that was shabby and old-fashioned. When I attempted to contact their customer support about the issue, they did not respond and were of no assistance. This made the situation even more difficult. Even after making multiple tries, I was unable to get a response from them, and when I eventually did, the message I received was dismissive, and they made no attempt to apologize. In general, Lectrus is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone trying to purchase high-quality computer or electronic peripherals. Both the quality of their items and the assistance they provide to customers is insufficient. Look around for other internet retailers who have a better reputation for dependability and trustworthiness to spare yourself the disappointment.
