A brand new drill bit had visible chipping on the cutting edges and when installed had a noticeable wobble when turning which caused the bit to vibrate and dance when attempting to use it. Completely unusable and obviously not tested in quality control. Spend a few bucks more and buy a Freud or WL Fuller racquet, it will cost you a lot less time and possibly messed up parts. At least that's what I can say positively: when I went online to return it, Revane just gave me my money and said don't even try to return it, we don't want it either.
