Review on 🔩 Rust-Free Stainless Steel Mounting Bracket for 9000-36000BTU Condenser Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner/Heat Pump Systems - 2 Pari by Seth Gibbons

Quick review: Do not buy this if you plan on using it with a MrCool DIY mini split. Unity (and 360 #) I doubt it. Even though the parts are stainless steel, it doesn't even look like 14 gauge. It's "100% Chinese" meaning everything on the box was in Chinese and no instructions as far as I could tell. It contained 4 screws with a concrete sleeve; However, I think they were metric. Also, I can't imagine mounting this device with less than 4 screws per bracket. The supplied screws for attaching the condenser unit to the brackets were about 1/4" and undersized. I purchased 3/8" stainless steel screws but the pre-drilled slots were too small and I had to enlarge them with a drill. which is sure to lead to rust in the future. The reason I say this should not be used with the MrCool DIY Minisplit is that you need 6 inches between the unit and the wall. The 9K will be less than 6 inches apart even if you push the screws out as far as they will fit in the pre-drilled slots. This is important not only for ventilation, but also so that the two copper pipes are mounted at an angle to the wall and you need 6" for one bend (unless you know how to bend rigid copper pipe. I've already attached these Brackets on my wall (concrete.block) before I understood all these issues I bought an extra 14g Lowes corner and added support arms so I could move the unit further away from the wall and added to the wall for additional Adding another corner brace to stability.a lot of work to remove these brackets and find another product.
