Excellent Peugeot grinder and works well as expected. Unfortunately, olive wood cuts are glued together from strips. this. they are not solid pieces. For a company with a solid reputation like Peugeot, I'd expect a solid piece of wood. In fact, a wooden blank of this size is not difficult to find. With a natural texture punctuated by glued surfaces, it has a faux wood look. I'm very surprised about this - maybe they keep the best in France for sale, like other really good French products.
