Didn't work for me and broke

I bought a decal remover wheel to remove the accent stripe from a sailboat. The boat has two strips of Mylar 3/4" wide and 20 feet long. The wheel has a threaded mandrel that screws into a metal adapter that you plug into the drill, so assembly was quick and easy. Whenever I used the "When I stopped the drill, however, the wheel kept slipping off the adapter and falling to the ground. The wheel is made of brown rubber, which appears to be wearing faster than the stripe could wear. This may work well on decals and vinyl, but it was difficult to get the thin Mylar strip. In the first 5 minutes of use I was able to remove 10 to 12" strips. The wear rate of the wheel would probably allow me to remove less than 10 feet of strips. Unfortunately the wheel came off the shaft and became unusable see photo I did not try to remedy the situation with the seller as I do not think that another wheel will be better than the first A positive point is the absence of markings Marks on the painted surface where the strip was removed. Glue residues had to be removed chemically. I can't recommend it for removing mylar or decals, it may work on decals or vinyl but I can't confirm. I think I expected more, I will not recommend this product. I give it a star for not damaging the finish of my boat.
