Review on Jackson Ultima SoftSkate Figure Skates: Premium Womens/Girls Ice Skates by Patrick Nepal

We bought these skates on January 20th and within 6 weeks (used once a week for 30-90 minutes) 3 or 4 hooks broke. I contacted the seller on 4/28 to inquire about a replacement or refund. They said they wanted me to pick up the skates and fix the hooks then they would refund my money. The skate shops I live at don't have the equipment to fix these hooks (they could fix the metal grommets). I don't appreciate having to look for a workshop as it takes more time than it's worth. I have made a second refund or credit request for a different pair and may update the review if there are enough responses. Aside from the hooks, the fit and quality seemed good for the price. UPDATE: As promised I wanted to update the review after getting a response from the seller (4 Sports) - they finally agreed to refund the purchase which I appreciate. I adjusted the stars to 2 "Dislike" from 1 "Hate". I'm happy with the end result, but I wish this issue could be resolved more quickly. I am also still unhappy that the hooks were broken.
