LOVE MY NEW PANS for cookware sets

LOVE MY NEW PANS! I spent many days researching new pans before settling on this one. I switched our family from non-stick Calphalon due to health issues and didn't want to make the switch to cast iron right away. It's perfect. The handles don't get hot. I watched videos and read all about how to cook stainless steel WITHOUT STICKING AND BURNING. When people say SS stinks because it sticks and burns, they don't know how to use it. I never use medium heat. Never. Even then, I only use a full medium for boiling water. I mostly use low to medium heat for cooking and that means high enough heat for frying etc. If something sticks (always rice) I let it soak for a few minutes and use my plastic handled scraper. Nothing special. I'm so glad I bought them. The only part I don't like is that I have marks on the bottom of some pots where food is stuck - not real burnt food - more like traces of water or minerals. However, they do not affect future cooking. I read that a reviewer said not to use cooking spray because it stains SS. I did not. All lids are named COOKS STANDARD, in case that matters to you. They fit my budget and are well made. I wasn't willing to pay more than $1,000.
