Love the convenience of the lock, but the fingerprint reader basically only works 1 out of 5 times, if that much. But to the company's credit, they have sent me a new lock. I haven't had a chance to install it yet to see if it's better. The original lock I must say worked well for about a month. Then it stopped reading my fingerprints. I thought it was due to cold weather, but apparently that's not the case. I've redone my finger print dozens of times, and it will read it for a time or two, but then stops all together. Let's hope the new lock works. Again, I appreciate that I was sent a new lock. If it works, I would give the lock five stars.
