**UPDATE** 12,000 miles after installation one of the orange o-rings failed. All of the orange o-rings looked like they were about to fail. There's nothing quite like being stuck on the street for a dime. I think metal bows are the way to go, but I would definitely stay away from Dorman bows. If I had to do it again I would try APDTY APD-58176IQ Intake Manifold Coolant Fittings/Pipes/Elbows to Belt Tensioner. Upgraded aluminum design to fit select 1995-2008 Buick/Chevrolet/Oldsmobile/Pontiac (see Description) or ACDelco One ACDelco 91051-20 Professional Equipment Belt Drive System Accessory Short Metal Bracket and ACDelco 91051-19 Equipment Professional Belt Drive System Accessory Long Metal Bracket or replace the O-rings by some from GM. If you are purchasing GM o-rings you will need (1) 24502846 and (3) 25537068. I installed them on my 1999 Grand Prix with a 3800 engine. The original plastic rings fell apart when I removed the intake manifold. They fit perfectly and should hold up much better. The holes in the inlet and the tensioner they fit on were badly rusted so I used this grinding wheel on my drill press and it cleaned the holes perfectly, 60 grit (3 pack).
