The software is very user friendly, it has all necessary features that I need for my business (customer relationship management).

We use this tool in our office as well where we have employees who are not familiar or comfortable using new technology such us social media platforms like Facebook etc.. This platform allows them access these sites without any problems thanks its security feature which makes me feel safe by knowing they cannot go outside their boundaries while accessing work related websites from home / mobile devices via VPN connection if needed only. Nothing so far but everything seems fine otherwise would be great! Easy navigation system through tabs/icons allowing you easy finding what ever info your looking fo rin one place no matter how big library could get!!
