For Beginners best in my review

It doesn't really help with chopping vegetables. I also think the board is too small. Might be useful for someone who is learning to chop in the kitchen. but not practical for experienced people.

Pros

This great since my stroke limits the use of one arm

Cons

This board is very thin where the slot is cut inline with the lamination. It broke in half at the slot.
