I bought a light Invikta. I was using the paddle for about six months when it started to develop internal cracks and softened. I contacted support and sent them a photo. They accused me of not hitting the ball but hitting other objects or hitting the ground too hard. It never happened. I'm a big guy and I like to hit the ball hard, but during the winter months I mostly played indoors with softer balls. After several emails back and forth they agreed to replace it under warranty. The new one has a new great feel but I'm concerned about how long it will last based on my previous paddle.
