Effortlessly sharpens my knives
This sharpener fits all of my chef's knives. I ran the blades through a coarse grinder a dozen times and then through a fine grinder a dozen more times. The knives didn't get sharp enough to cut paper when I dropped them on it ;-), but they got sharp enough that I had to use them carefully. I recommend this product. I haven't tried it with scissors yet.
