Is working. Could have used better instructions.

It feels solid. While I'm not sure I understand how to set the tension properly (the instructions leave a lot to be desired), I installed it and played around with it a bit. I'm pretty sure the way I set it up is slightly different than the intended use, but it works for me. He slowly closes the door after my dogs have gone about their business. After a dog enters, the door closes almost completely without latching, allowing another dog to enter when ready. This doesn't work perfectly, but it's the best solution I could find for my needs.
