Fixes Corsair Commander Pro USB issues on X570 boards

Another vote for "Fix X570 and Corsair Commander Pro USB issues". As mentioned, there is an issue with the USB controllers used on many X570 motherboards that causes Corsair Commander Pro a) not to work properly as a USB passthrough for other RGB hubs/fans and b) actually causing problems for other USB devices throughout the system. This internal hub was cheaper and more affordable than the NZXT hub reviewed, so I decided to give it a try after reading other success stories. Previously, iCue could not see the lighting node when connected to the USB Commander port. When I tested by plugging the Lighting Node into its own USB port it worked, but I had a short connection and other USB devices were frequently disconnected. from the ports receives both Commander, works with via USB, and get rid of disconnects. I have no idea why this works. Perhaps there is a built-in USB controller that plays a good role as an intermediary between the mobile device controller and the commander. Anyway, after a day of testing, it's now working as advertised. I will also point out that (as others have said) you do NOT want to connect SATA power in this situation. I read this tip and didn't even try it, so I can't say if it will short this board like people claim. But I will say that it works without connected SATA power supply, so just skip it and avoid possible problems.
