Good product but beware of back problems

I like this product. It is excellent for high-intensity interval training. It is very versatile as you can use it as a vest or wrap it around your ankle and also do glute exercises. The only problem for me is that after 30+ minutes of jumping and exploding my back starts to hurt and I have to stop for a while to use it. Be careful if you have back problems.
