The needles do the job well enough, but I'll probably buy a different brand when it comes time to replace them. The construction is very fragile and I bent the first one I tried to use immediately. It is still functional, but I would have liked the construction to be a little more stable and solid. Spicy. This means that instead of carefully gliding through the fabric of a shirt or sweater, they "pierce" and leave a fairly noticeable hole. I would not recommend using these pins on an expensive shirt or blouse. However, proper placement on the sweater should be fine. Be careful how you draw. I've found that the pin opens or bends if I pull too hard.
