Build quality seems fine, batteries are included, no problems with the touch buttons yet. Scales sometimes have trouble resetting to zero. Count to three as soon as it reads 00 after turning it on or pressing the tare ('T') button, or you'll see the numbers differ by as much as 0.7 grams. The manufacturer reports an error of 0.1-0.3 grams. So far, under the "ideal" conditions found in my home and with "correct use," I've typically seen an error of between 0.2 and 0.4 grams, which isn't far from the manufacturer's claims is removed. and "good enough" for what I bought it for. If you need a scale that you can count on to have a consistent and reliable accuracy of less than one third of a gram, then this isn't the scale for you. If less than half a gram of error is acceptable, then this scale is probably "good enough" for you too.
