The system allows me to see all of my patients in one place, which was extremely helpful when I had multiple physicians working out of different locations! It has been very difficult for our team members to learn how to navigate through this software as there are many pages we need to go back & forth from before seeing patient info/results etc., making it time consuming especially without an assistant with us (which isn't always possible).

This product would be best if they could make adjustments so that everything wasn’t spread across every page but rather have more tabs or buttons where you can easily click what information you want right off of the main screen once logged into the program. If using online billing then its not necessary unless someone else will also be doing their part by going over invoices after being paid electronically. Our organization realized that having everyone work together in order to provide quality care for our clients helps them feel.
