The ease of use, how quickly it gets you up to speed with this software was one thing I really liked about NLAErx. The system allows me to see all of my patients in one place, which was extremely helpful when I had multiple physicians working out of different locations! It has been very difficult for our team members to learn how to navigate through this software as there are many pages we need to go back & forth from before seeing patient info/results etc., making it time consuming especially without an assistant with us (which isn't always possible). I like how it makes ordering prescriptions easier, as well as keeping track of inventory. It looks very professional, which helps to make customers feel more comfortable with you! The only thing I don't really care for about this software is if there's an issue with their customer service team or tech support - but other than that everything has been great so far!
