Efficient and easy to use
The thermometer is easy to use. It's not too heavy and NOT flimsy. I also like the blue color in liquid, it's easier to read than red. I also like that the temp starts well below 100. I use this a lot for baking bread and I need to know if something is in the 80's or 90's which I can easily tell with this thermometer. My other thermometer started at 100 so I had to evaluate. I would recommend it to anyone who needs this type of thermometer.
