Review on IRONTEK by Terry Myers

I'm sharing my experience with the IRONTEK Online Store with a heavy heart. They had a wide selection of automobile supplies, however their customer service was subpar. The website was challenging to navigate, and the employees lacked the expertise to help me discover the proper item for my car. To make matters worst, their delivery took longer than anticipated, which had me wait longer than necessary for my parts. I was disappointed to find that the parts were of low quality and did not live up to my expectations when they did finally arrive. Additionally, their pricing were not as affordable as they had said, so I ended up paying more than I would have at other shops for inferior goods and poor service. In conclusion, I had a terrible and frustrating experience with the IRONTEK Online Store. IRONTEK fell short of my expectations for better service and high-quality goods as a customer. I can't recommend this business, and I won't be making any more purchases from them.
