This is an excellent product to have in your arsenal! It offers features not available anywhere else out there (at least with these types of services).

As I mentioned above it's great that you get support even if someone has been using this service before so long ago. The UI can be improved but then again maybe they are saving their time by making what we need now rather than fixing older issues which could've already existed at some point. If anyone needs any type of subscription management platform - go ahead give them one chance because once installed everything will work like magic from here until eternity unless something goes wrong.
