Does the job. I bought this key cover because my wife wanted to open the trunk of her Q3 on a rainy day and she went into the garage and pressed the key fob several times and the trunk wouldn't open. After 2 hours my mother-in-law came in and asked if I would like to leave the sunroof open on my A6 Avant (when it rains). Not me. Decided it was time to differentiate our keys. I bought a carbon fiber key case as my wife hates carbon fiber and hopefully won't accidentally use my keys again. I also bought this particular set because people were complaining about the cover interfering with the flip blade key (my car is keyless) and I think they fixed that issue because the cover doesn't interfere with the key opening ( even in my pocket). ) . The cover is very shiny and people won't mistake it for the real one, but I don't mind.
