This is the second time. The first block lasted 6 or 7 years. Still works, but sometimes requires additional presses (volume/mute buttons) to activate. It has many programmed devices and the ability to learn commands from another remote control. Pretty good ergonomics. Excellent value for money and quality. May 31, 2019 Update - Due to an update of the TV and Soundbar, various features available with this device have been reviewed. It was a bit tricky due to the soundbar interaction but I figured it all out (had to download the user manual). I am so impressed with how good yet affordable this remote control is. It contains so many codes that you should be able to find one that works for your devices. If not, you can always teach the device commands from other remote controls. In addition, it has four control panel buttons where you can define a set of steps for each button. I can turn my cable box, TV and soundbar on and off with a single button press. There is much more you can do if needed, just follow the instruction manual. One thing I forgot to mention earlier, in addition to the very good ergonomics, this remote control has a lot of power. I'm so impressed with it that I've since bought two more units from other sources to use in my bedroom and office. Excellent goods.
