This could mean that an 'extra' or spare blade is included, or it could mean that the 1 blade included is 'super heavy' if that is the case. It is not. This is a standard blade. Maybe you could call it "heavy duty", but adding the word "extra" up front is just misleading, and the point is that this only involves one blade.
