Couldn't pull the strings tight enough. The locking mechanism is of poor quality.

Traveled for the first time. Couldn't tighten the cable. Wrapped a bungee cord around the tire and the coating came off and was blown away in 60-mile winds. Poor quality and inability to tighten the laces tight enough. Waste of $20.00 even with the high performance bungee. Our spare wheel is mounted directly behind the hitch and vertically. Not the best app for this cover.
