Trying to find a lock that would work well with my cheap 50 cal ammo can I haven't had much luck. After buying 2 different locks that didn't fit without glass modification, I decided to try this lock. I couldn't find much information online about what lock exactly works, so I decided to do a review so others looking for a lock to use in the same app may have better luck than me. I'm happy to report that this seems like the perfect lock if you don't want to modify your ammo can and compromise the integrity of the watertight seal. No modifications are required and it is locked tight, there is no way of getting in without a key or picking the lock. I will be buying bulk packs of the same keys for the rest of my ammo cans.
