Received this racquet yesterday and spent 45 minutes today chipping at my local club. It's a completely different feeling than I've ever chipped before. But if I had a good understanding of chips I wouldn't have bought it. I think the position and racquet-style shot will eventually benefit me, but I'll have to get used to using the putter's stroke to chip, as well as using bottom loft (I used to drop the Sand Wedge). I have to say I don't see how anyone can use this beyond 20-30 meters. I mean that the street movement has no power behind it. So I think anyone who says they're using it at 40 yards should be using a more traditional pitching style, and that's not what this racquet is designed for. Where I hope it will help me how to properly separate chips from obvious lies. What I liked today is that despite the big jump, I still found it easy to make good contact from a very tight position (e.g. fringes). So this is promising.
