Started a 23 hour print and heard an extruder hit after 12.5 hours. Checked for clogs - no. Feeding tube checked, all clean. Pulled the pli out of the extruder to check for leaks and noticed a lump in the pli. Upon closer inspection, there was something like the shadow of an insect inside. I cut open the plug to make sure it was actually a dead bug. It wastes a lot of thread and is very unsatisfactory. I have shared a photo of what was found and am hoping the company will get back to you as I cannot find contact information in English.
