The pump does not remove gas vapors properly.

I bought this pump because I needed a new fuel delivery unit and this pump cost the same as a new delivery unit. Immediately after installation, I began to have problems refueling the car with gasoline. Every time I tried to fill up it spat out gas after I put in 1 to 2 gallons. After replacing a few other parts in the EVAP system, I determined that the problem was with the new pump. I ran air through the new pump and my old pump and found that no air was flowing through the new pump. It looks like there is some kind of blockage or something (almost like a problem with the way the plastic was molded) that is preventing the gas fumes from escaping properly. If you want a cheap part and don't want to spend 20 minutes at a gas station trying to fill up your car, buy this pump. If not, spend the extra cash on a Spectra or Bosch pump.
