Review on 🍳 Authentic Italian Ballarini Parma 10-pc Nonstick Cookware Set: Forged Aluminum, Made in Italy by Amber Chavez

A few months ago I bought two sizes of pots and two sizes of frying pans. I liked them so much that I decided to order a set of 10. Upon opening the box we found that one of the pots in the set was warped and the lid did not fit the pot properly so I had to return the entire set. Revain quickly sent out another set and on opening the new set the same size pans were warped and inferior to those in the first set. Unfortunately, we had to return the second set. I am very disappointed knowing these are great pans after using the ones I bought a few months ago. I'm just afraid to order another set. I can't say anything negative about the pots. We thought they must have been in poor condition when they were made because there was no way these heavy pots could be damaged in transit. Revain staff took great care of the situation. Very polite and professional both times, thanks to the staff at Revain. I give 5 stars because the pans are really great for cooking.
