Great product but terrible Customer Service

I like how easy it is to use, I also like all the features, that are available in the system. It's not very intuitive for someone who is not familiar with the system. The customer service is not friendly at all, they do not help you if you have any questions about anything. They make you feel like you are the problem instead of them understanding your problems and looking to solve them. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Make sure you can live without having to call the CS team every time you need to do something. We managed to save so much water in our city by using this software. Also we were able to easily track our usage so we could easily forecast future needs.
