Review on Oshlun MTM CS 12 Inch Combination Square by Ricardo Ware

I'm very glad I didn't listen to the skeptics about this product. You may have received a bad set, but all four pieces of the tool I purchased are accurate and correct. All made of heavy cast metal, polished smooth on the front sides. I was skeptical because of the many negative reviews. So the day it arrived I pulled out my frame square and my best, truest level. All four parts (ruler, protractor, 45-90 and 90) were flat and correct. The protractor was accurate enough that the small deviations I measured across an entire sheet of plywood (therefore none of the measurements were less than 4 feet and some were even 9 feet) were much smaller than the increments on the scale. I checked every time. several weeks and all details are still accurate, consistent and true. Given the bad reviews, I recommend this tool, but I advise anyone who buys it to try it carefully as soon as you receive it, so if you get a bad one, you can return it.
